1. Who we are
comfyliftclub.com is operated by Mabld, a sole proprietorship registered in Denmark, CVR DK36998245, ADDRESS, Odense, Denmark ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@comfyliftclub.com. These terms apply to every order placed on the site. By placing an order you accept them.
2. Products
All products are made to order and printed by our production partners after you place your order. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the finished garment, and garment-dyed fabrics vary slightly from piece to piece, that is a characteristic of the product, not a defect.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (and EUR where selected). For deliveries to the US, prices exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it. For deliveries to the EU and UK, applicable VAT is calculated and shown at checkout; import duties charged by your local customs on goods shipped from outside your customs territory are your responsibility and are stated on the shipping page. Payment is processed by Stripe; we accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your card is charged when you place the order.
4. Order confirmation and contract
After you order, you receive an automatic confirmation email. The contract is concluded when we send that confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, if the price was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud; we'll tell you if we do.
5. Delivery
Delivery estimates are on our shipping page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you have authorised to receive them. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will replace or refund it.
6. Withdrawal, returns, and defects
Your rights to withdraw, return, exchange, and claim for defects are set out in our Returns & Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
7. The club
Membership is free and gives you a member number, a one-time welcome discount, and our emails. Discount codes are single-use unless stated, cannot be combined, and have no cash value. You can end your membership at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us; we'll delete your membership data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, text, and images on the site are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or sell them. Buying a garment gives you the garment, not the design.
9. Liability
We are liable for defects and for losses caused by our negligence as the law provides. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
